What are the different services that Dream Wedding offers?

Do I need to make an appointment before visiting?
Yes, please do make an appointment with us via email (email@example.com) or WhatsApp us at 82998796. Alternatively, you can contact us using the small pink box on the bottom right corner of our website!
Kindly note that we operate on appointment basis only and for all walk-in couples, we will assist with arranging another appointment slot for your visit. Hence, we really recommend that the couple call prior to visiting. This is to ensure that you will have a wonderful experience with us during your dedicated time slot :)
Do we welcome Malay and Indian brides?
Yes! We welcome brides and grooms of all races in our boutique!
What is the difference between My Dream Wedding and Dream Wedding Boutique
Firstly, we are two completely different organizations. My Dream Wedding is purely a bridal company while Dream Wedding is more than a traditional bridal boutique. We have our own wedding planner, bridal boutique, photographers and more!
In terms of belief, Dream Wedding values transparency and there are no hidden costs in our packages. With us, what you see is what you get. We believe in delivering quality services at the most competitve rates.
Can you show me some real reviews by past couples?
Absolutely! Do head on over to our Facebook page to read reviews by couples we have attended to. Dream Wedding advocates transparency in everything that we do and all reviews that you find on our Facebook are 100% true.
That said, please do take reviews on forums with a pinch of salt as anyone is able to create an account and start on their keyboard warrior quest. Hence, we are unable to verify that they are written by couples we have served.

Are there any hidden costs in your packages?
Dream Wedding prides ourself as the most transparent bridal in Singapore; hence, there will not be any hidden costs. We believe in open and honest communication with our couples prior to as well as during their visits with us. This enables them to make more informed decisions while bearing their budget in mind without compromising on the quality of service. This is also the reason why our packages and their rates are fully displayed online. Hence, you will never have to worry about additional costs.
Psst, as a top notch service provider, Dream Wedding is confident in delivering quality service to our couples; hence, we find that there is no need to hide these crucial information.
What is the currency used in the packages?
We are proud to say that we are a Singapore Incorporated Company and all transactions will be in SGD (Singapore Dollar).
Is there an instalment plan that we can opt for?
Yes! We are happy to inform you that we have a few flexible 0% monthly instalment plan that you can look at. So you will be able to break the package price into smaller bits for your monthly installment. This does not require a credit card.
Additionally, we are working with Maybank and hope to eventually offer you their 0% instalment plan with options for 6 months, 12 months or 18 months. Rest assured, and start your dream wedding process without the huge burden of financial liability!
Are your prices fixed?
Yes, our prices are as advertised or displayed and we have no hidden costs. Do kindly understand that we do not operate like other bridal boutiques where prices are meant to be slashed. We believe that our rates are very competitive and is sufficient to ensure that we maintain our high service standards!
How long is the rental period for the wedding gown?
For all our wedding gown rentals, it will be for a fixed period of 4 days 3 nights.
Can I just come and try the gowns?
We welcome visits from couples! However, we will need to process the gown after each gown trying. This is to maintain the hygiene and quality of each gown.
Therefore, we will need to charge a $20 service fee for our consultant to assist you with every 5 wedding gowns in our boutique. Alternatively, you can opt for an hour of trying for $30.
P.S. All charges will be waived if you rent any gowns from us during the appointment.
Is there a limit as to how many gowns I can try on during my gown fitting appointment?
No, there are no limits for our existing couples :) We will assist you in your gown fitting to find your dream gown during your appointment. Should this appointment be unsuccessful, we will arrange for a subsequent appointment so that you can continue on your quest in finding your dream wedding gown!
Can I block off a date for my wedding gown and change that gown in the future?
We only have 1 gown per design and once you decide on the gown, we will block off the date for you. So, if you decide to change the gown to another design, there will be a gown change fee of $300.
What about divorcees or widows? Aren’t you discriminating against them?
Dream Wedding is very clear on our house rules: we will only serve one bride per groom in his lifetime. We accept all brides regardless of their history as long as her groom has never brought another woman into our boutique. Likewise, we welcome all grooms regardless of their history as long as he has never brought a woman into our boutique.
As for widows, we are looking into the issue. However, there is no way for us to verify the status of the widow other than requesting for death certificates and we do not wish to force our guests to rehash such a bad memory. Hence, Dream Wedding will strictly abide by the rules for now.
Can single mums with children make an appointment?
Absolutely! The house rules only states that we will serve one bride per groom, accompanying parties (who are not the bride) may come along if they wish to.
My fiancé/fiancée is busy/overseas, can I make an appointment on my own?
Unfortunately, you must attend the first appointment as a couple. Subsequently, couples can appear separately if their circumstances require them to do so.
Can I walk in?
As per the house rules, we will only accept walk in COUPLES and only if our wedding stylists are available. Making an appointment with our boutique is strongly encouraged as it ensures that we are not overbooked at any given time. Consequently, all our couples will be able to receive 100% of our attention and have a better gown selection or fitting experience.
Why is it that only grooms can make appointments? That is so sexist!
Clarification: Only grooms may make the FIRST appointment. Subsequent appointments may be made by the bride if she so wishes.
What Dream Wedding hopes is for our grooms to take an active interest in the wedding preparation process and help with the back-end work so that our brides can relax and enjoy the most exciting part of wedding preparation- choosing a gown! Also, we noticed that when the grooms are more proactive, the enjoyment of all parties is elevated which is something that we would love to encourage.
